Day 1Welcome to Cairo

Welcome to Egypt. Upon your arrival to our representative will greet you with “Noot” sign and escort you through immigration, customs and baggage claim. Afterwards  Noot travel representative will help you connect with your private transfer.

Enjoy a private airport transfer to your hotel. Enjoy time at leisure to explore at your own pace, or relax at your hotel.

Meals: Welcome drink.

Day 2Giza Pyramids & Ancient Egypt

Today, roam the Giza Plateau, site of the pyramids of Mycerinus and Chephren as well as the Great Pyramid, built in the Fourth Dynasty (approximately 2690 BC). Revel in the opportunity to enter the interior of one of these legendary structures, and marvel at the massive stones used to construct them. Ride like a local on a camel across the sands of Giza, and then view the Great Sphinx backdropped by the pyramids, a setting that has captured the imaginations of adventurers for centuries.

Continue to Sakkara to explore the myriad of tombs and temples at the site and see the Step Pyramid of King Zoser, the oldest pyramid in the world, dating back to 2700 B.C.

Day 3Philae temple & Nubian village

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a private airport transfer, board a flight in Cairo with direct service to Aswan. Approximate flight duration is 75 minutes.

Upon your arrival you will visit the beautiful temple of Philae  dedicated to Isis -the Goddess of health, marriage and wisdom, which was rescued from the rising waters of the Nile and relocated on Philae Island. It’s a marvel of decorative pylons featuring some of Egypt’s finest carvings afterwards  lay your eyes on the Unfinished Obelisk before checking in at your 5-star cruise and enjoying lunch on board.

In the evening you’ll experience the Nubian culture first-hand with a visit to a nearby village. You’ll join a local Nubian family for a memorable dinner and get an unforgettable insight into the daily life of the local people.

Day 4Abu Simble & Kom Ombo

Take a 40 minutes flight to the southern borders of Egypt and visit the stunning Abu Simbel temple. With the four gargantuan statues of Ramses guarding the Great Temple, carved directly out of the mountain on the west bank of the Nile, this is one of Egypt’s most memorable sights.

Board on your cruise ship and sail towards Kom Ombo. in the afternoon disembark from your Nile cruise to explore on foot the Kom Ombo Temple, a unique Greco-Roman temple dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris, the sun god. The Temple in Kom Ombo dates from about 180 BC, during a period known as the Ptolemaic era, and had some additions built on to it during Roman times.

Continue cruising onward to Luxor, where you’ll overnight at Edfu this evening.

Day 5Edfu & Luxor

Hop on a traditional horse-drawn carriage or a toktok to get to the colossal Temple of Horus in Edfu, which was dedicated to the falcon god Horus of Behdet (modern Edfu). Return to your cruise ship and continue sailing to Luxor passing through the Esna Locks. It is not uncommon to have to queue to proceed through the locks, a great opportunity to check out the process from deck with a cool drink in hand, and listen to the shouts of the many captains as they navigate their way through the various small boats of merchants selling their wares to a captive audience – life on the Nile. 

Upon arrival to Luxor visit the Karnak Temple, which is perhaps the most impressive of all the ancient Pharaoh’s monumental works. One of the world’s most celebrated temple complexes, Karnak is a house of the gods built over a period of some 200 years. Afterwards explore Luxor Temple, which has an unrivalled facade decorated with the huge statues of the Egyptian hero Ramses ll

Day 6Luxor & Hurghada

Your Nile cruise comes to an end in the open-air museum of Luxor, the city is full of wonderfully preserved reminders of the Pharaohs. Today you’ll

Visit the Valley of the Kings. Buried under the arid hills here are over 60 tombs of pharaohs, many richly decorated with reliefs and paintings. Explore this place, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom (16th to 11th century BC) were secretly interred for all eternity, and where discoveries are still being made.

Your Egyptologist will explain the history and legends of these remarkable people, and the significance of the many paintings and hieroglyphics, still well preserved in the deepest tombs. You will visit three of the royal tombs and then continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut – a colonnaded building set against high cliffs that create a spectacular natural amphitheatre. On your way back stop at the Colossi of Memnon – two 17-metre-high statues on Luxor’s west bank then travel by private vehicle to Hurghada.

Upon arrival check into your resort overlooking the redsea.

Day 7A day by the beach

Relax in the serene luxurious setting of Hurghada, where you can enjoy the breathtaking underwater scenery in the warm waters of the Red Sea. Sign up for a wide range of optional activities at your resort (not included in the tour cost and payable directly to the hotel) such as deep sea fishing, thrilling boat excursions, scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, or even sea canoeing.

Day 8Back to Cairo

After breakfastcheck out and transfer to Hurghada international airport for a return flight to Cairo. Upon arrival to Cairo take a private vehicle to your hotel, enjoy rest of the day at your leasiure.

Day 9Islamic Cairo & Egyptian Museum

Explore the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (or the Grand Egyptian Museum, upon its opening), home to over 120,000 relics, some dating back to 4000 BC. Afterwards Discover Cairo Islamic heritage.

Visit the citadel of Cairo the largest fortification in the Middle East and still dominates Cairo’s skyline,  then view Sultan Hassan Mosque, completed in 1363, with its soaring architecture and rich decoration.

Dine at a local restaurant then experience the vast and fascinating Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, reputedly the largest bazaar in the Middle East. Wander through its labyrinth of narrow streets to discover workshops and stalls selling all manner of crafts

Day 10Alexandria - The bride of the Mediterranean

Check out from your hotel and take a private mini van to the Mediterranean coastal city of Alexandria (approximately 3 hours). Egypt’s second-largest city and main port, locals call this vibrant city the Bride of the Mediterranean Sea. The Greek architect Dinocrates built Alexandria in 331 BC under the orders of Alexander the Great. The city, immortalising Alexander’s name, quickly flourished into a prominent cultural, intellectual, political and economic metropolis.
 
On arrival, head underground and delve into the mysteries of the Kom ash-Shuqqafa catacombs. This Roman burial site is the largest of its kind in Egypt. The crypts are 20 metres below street level, and what probably began as a small family tomb grew into a labyrinth of chambers that could accommodate more than 300 bodies. Afterwards, stop by the strikingly modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina, inspired by the original great library of Alexandria and built to hold over eight million books. Take some time to stroll along the Corniche and around Fort Qaitbey to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.

Day 11Siwa Oasis

After breakfast you will check out from your hotel and transfer to Alamein, a picturesque drive from Alexandria begins your tour to the site of one of the most costly battles of World War II, El Alamein. It was here that British forces halted the advance of General Erwin Rommel’s Afrika Korps into Egypt in 1942, claiming the lives of 80,000 men.

Your first stop will be the Military museum featuring four main halls representing the countries that participated in the battle, and a joint hall exhibiting weapons and tanks. Your next stop will be the cemeteries of the Commonwealth which contains the graves of soldiers from various countries who fought during World War II. 

Enjoy lunch then continue your drive to Siwa, which is located in the middle of the Sahara desert, surrounded by a sea of ​​dunes and palm groves, just 50 km from the border with Libya away from mass tourism.

Upon arrival check into your luxurious eco lodge. Enjoy free time till dinner where you can have a walk around the town, get lost in narrow streets, or have a chat with its super hospitable locals.

Day 12Old Siwa & Temples

After breakfast, Discover old ancient Shali Fortress, Built from kershif (chunks of salt mixed with rock, brick and clay). Then visit the Alexander temple at Aghurmi Village which is dedicated to the God Amon- 26 Dynasty and then see Amun Ra Temple at Um Ubeyda.

Afterwards head to visit Cleopatra Spring in which you can enjoy a swim, then visit the Siwa House Museum, a small museum that’s an example of how traditional houses looked like. It also contains an interesting display of traditional clothing, jewellery and crafts typical of the oasis.

Finish your day by enjoying an amazing sunset views at most of the guide books at Fitnas Island.

Day 13Siwa Lakes & Deserts

Breakfast, then start our journey at Siwa Desert but first visit one of Siwa salt lakes. Cross the desert to stop near one of the unique archeology sign at Great Siwa Mountain where is the first human footprint above the mountain which date to pre-history era. Continue our Safari tour between the dunes till we arrive at the fossils area and see the rocky coral reefs which date to Cambrian era.

Continue driving to one of the spring eyes at the middle of the desert, where you might get lucky and witness Flamenco birds near the lake. Dip into the cold spring and enjoy the bath and relaxing atmosphere.

There is another chance to enjoy the sand surfing at the desert. After that it is time to drive to another hot spring which is called (Bir Wahid) spring for chilling and tranquilizing our Muscles.

Continue driving to your campsite for the day, where you will enjoy a tranquil bedouin night under the stars.

Day 14Back to Cairo

Breakfast at the camp then visit the tombs inside the Mountain of the Dead ( Gabal El Maouta ) enjoy watching some interesting tombs like SI Amon, MSW Isis, Crocodile Tomb Afterwards drive back to Cairo.

Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Cairo.

Day 15Good bye Egypt

Today marks your last day in your expedition through Egypt. After btreakfast check out from your hotel and depending on your international flight get transferred to Cairo international airport.
